None the Richer Pty Ltd will allow you to return an item within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date if you selected an incorrect item. The item must be in new condition with the tags attached, unworn and unwashed. None the Richer Pty Ltd will not accept any items returned that have had the tags removed, or have been worn.

All of our items are checked for faults prior to dispatch. Defective items must be returned to None the Richer Pty Ltd within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased (if available) or a credit note will be issued for the purchase cost of the particular item in question. Addresses for returns will be on you invoice and receipt which is shipped with your order.

Please note: All advertised "Specials" cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or defective, so please choose carefully!

Any costs associated with returning an item, whether it is an exchange or a defective item, is the sole responsibility of the customer.

You will be contacted when an order has been received by None the Richer Pty Ltd from you, None the Richer Pty Ltd will consult you regarding shipping costs unless a prior arrangement for shipping has been agreed to in writing with None the Richer Pty Ltd.
